ASSISTANT TRAINERS / BARN HELP WANTED

Currently seeking individuals with experience and talent to help gently train horses.
Experience training young horses a must.

Wilson Horse Training is a modern equine facility
with two indoor riding arenas located in Northeast Nebraska.
Horses in training include a variety of ages, breeds, and disciplines.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the equine industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in riding, training, grooming, and caring for horses

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work well with the public

  • Show experience helpful but not required

  • Patience in dealing with problem horses

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Train 2- and 3-year-old horses with guidance from owner

  • Ride and exercise horses of all ages and breeds

  • Assist with barn management as assigned by owner

  • Barn chores

  • Help with shows and clinics

  • Other duties as needed
